Nur Spec R

The design and construction of the Nur Spec R exhaust is second to none. They are engineered from SUS304 grade polished stainless steel, with computer controlled precision ‘fishtail’ welding.The pipework is mandrel bent which maintains a constant diameter throughout allowing superior flow.Nur Spec R exhausts are designed for maximum performance, amazing appearance and an aggressive exhaust note. Most silencer boxes have a 115mm single tail pipe and come with a removable rear baffle section, which is easily removed and replaced by just removing a single 10mm bolt.

Nur Spec S

The design and construction of the Nur Spec (S) back box is second to none. They are engineered from mandrel bent SUS304 grade polished stainless steel, with computer controlled precision ‘fishtail’ welding.
The Nur Spec S is a rear silencer only, it fits to the standard exhaust sytem, without modification.
All Blitz Nur Spec back boxes conform to the Japanese JASMA regulations. This means that all back boxes will give a noise below 96db, but most Blitz boxes give between 92-96db on a standard car.

Realize TT-R

The Realize TT-R exhaust systems are built to the same high standards and specifications of the TT but are built fully from SUS304 stainless steel, including all pipework and flanges.They are designed to reduce back pressure and improve performance, whilst giving the car a deeper and more sporty exhaust note. The tail pipes are usually 4 to 4 ½ inches in diameter (depending on application) and have the Blitz logo engraved on the top of the pipe.

There is a range of SUS304 stainless steel front pipes to complement the Blitz range of exhaust pipes.They are mostly 80mm bore and increase exhaust gas flow.

Air Filters

SUS Induction kits

This is the best selling Blitz filter and is easily recognisable by it’s striking stainless steel mesh design. Often copied but never bettered, the original stainless mesh filter from Blitz years after it’s initial conception on the racetracks of Japan for the Blitz touring car team.Made from a very fine mesh of SUS304 grade stainless steel it straightens the airflow into the engine reducing aerodynamic tumble, resulting in great power gains and a unique induction sound which identifies it as Blitz filter.

LM Induction kits

This is the lowest priced of the three types of Blitz Induction kit available but don’t be put off by the cheap price, the filter element is made from a durable, light weight cotton gauze.
Filtration is very good and with it being a dry filter there is no need to re-oil the element when you reach a service interval, you simply through it away and replace it with another (oil from oiled filters can gradually disperse into the air inlet and coat the air flow meter reducing the performance of the vehicle and damaging the air flow meter).

Sonic Power

This is the latest design of filter to hit the market and is another ground breaker in terms of concept and stunning design.The filtration element is fixed inside a polished stainless steel heat shield which prevents hot air from the engine bay entering the intake and thus reducing inlet air temperature.Inside the shield sits the cone filter which has a very large base and narrow top giving in an ‘umbrella’ appearance, this clever design allows the maximum possible surface area of the filter element to be exposed to air being sucked into the intake.

Dual Drive BOV

Available for nearly all turbocharged Japanese sports cars, Blitz dump valves are supplied with an alloy trumpet and a mini SUS filter which are interchangeable for different sounds.The main purpose of the dump valves is to improve the response of the turbo by quickly releasing the boost pressure before the turbo stalls.They are made from polished aluminium with a brass piston and a rubber diaphragm, meaning they can easily cope with boost pressures up to 1.2 bar with the supplied spring.

FATT DC Turbo Timer

The Blitz turbo timers are also fully automatic, working out the correct length of time your engine should be left idling to give the turbo bearings time to cool down, based on the way the car has been driven (the engine speed is calculated by measuring the small fluctuations in supply voltage the engine produces as it runs). This takes the guesswork out of running your car after a drive and will help to keep the engine and turbo in top condition.

The Blitz /./L stroker kit has been developed from our Time Attack Evo X, and consists of Crankshaft, Connecting Rods, Forged Pistons and Oil Squirters.The longer stroke improves torque and power throughout the rev range. High response has been acheived via lightweight and improved balance. Molybdenum coating is applied to the piston skirts to reduce frictional loss.
Can be run on any Engine.
